What do I need to bring with me?

Does my ticket include food, or will food be provided at the “I AM HER” conference?

There are no meals provided by the “I AM HER” conference. However, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and food trucks will be on the premises. In addition, those who purchase tickets for the VIP lunch, food will be provided.

I bought a ticket and cannot attend the conference. Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes! Tickets are transferrable and can be transferred to another person. For more information on the transferring your ticket, please email: conference@hermsk.com

Please note, all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Will there be assigned seating throughout the event?

Seating is “first come, first served.” We suggest arriving as early as possible to secure the best seat for you and your guest.

Will there be merchandise for purchase at the conference?

Yes! There will be a vendor with items such as accessories, books, clothing, etc. There will also be “I AM HER” conference items available for purchase.

What is the nearest airport to the venue?

The nearest airport venue is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA).

Will transportation be provided to the conference venue?

Transportation will not be provided. However, some of the hotels close to the venue will provided shuttle service to the convention center. Also, in the DC area there are car sharing services such as Get Around, Car2Go, Lyft, Uber, and Via.

Will children be allowed at the conference?

Absolutely! We will have daycare services for ages infant-11years old. Children 12 and older are encouraged to attend and ticket is required for entry into the conference.
